Whitson Builders LLC. is a construction company that believes a person should get the home they want and can afford. We believe this can be accomplished with the right plans and a good budget.

We actually work “Hand-In-Hand” with each prospect to come up with a house plan that suits the family and a budget tailor-made just for that project. With Custom Modular Home or Building that is built in a covered facility this can easily be done. All costs, fees, etc. are known upfront—-with “NO” surprises. If you are looking to invest in a 1000 sq. ft. home or a 10,000 sq. ft. home—you will know the exact cost of everything before your project starts.

We like to use an 80%/20% budget. This means if you were going to spend $150,000.00 on a site-built home, you should start with a budget of $120,000.00. Most Modular construction can be built with this type of savings. This gives you a $30,000.00 savings to start with so you can use this money on extra things you may want after the house is finished. It Just Makes Sense!!!
